1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or applying to Stitchli Society, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Community Guidelines. Stitchli Society is an invite-only and curated membership network. Access to private features, directory search, and editorial showcases is granted at our sole discretion.

2. Membership Vetting & Eligibility

To maintain an authentic ecosystem for fashion designers, models, and industry professionals, all applicants undergo a curation review:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
• Applications must represent genuine creative work, verified portfolios, or professional agency representation.
• Misrepresentation of credentials, identity theft, or submitting plagiarized portfolios results in permanent exclusion.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Respect for creative ownership is the foundation of Stitchli Society:

• Member Content: You retain 100% ownership of all garments, sketches, photographs, and editorial work uploaded to your profile or showcase.
• Platform License: By publishing work on Stitchli Society, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display your submitted media solely for platform features, editorial highlights, and community showcases.
• No Unauthorized Reproduction: Members and visitors are strictly prohibited from downloading, reproducing, or commercially exploiting another member’s designs or photographs without express written consent.

4. Code of Conduct

Stitchli Society fosters professional, respectful, and safe creative collaboration. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited and warrant immediate membership revocation:

• Harassment, non-consensual solicitation, or abusive behavior toward models, designers, or staff.
• Unsolicited commercial spam, unauthorized agency recruiting, or deceptive project offers.
• Breaching confidentiality agreements surrounding unreleased fashion lines or private editorial shoots.

5. Account Termination & Membership Cancellation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate membership access at any time if these terms are violated or if conduct undermines community integrity. Members may voluntarily cancel their membership and request profile removal by contacting support.

6. Limitation of Liability

Stitchli Society facilitates connections and showcases talent, but does not act as an official employment agency or legal representative. We are not responsible for contract disputes, financial agreements, or independent creative arrangements forged between individual members.
